These Terms and Conditions govern the relations between Intermeeting S.r.l. (hereinafter “Owner”) and whoever uses (hereinafter “User”) the services offered (hereinafter “Services”) within www.amyloidosis.medicalwebook.com (hereinafter “Site”).
ACCEPTANCE
User registration is understood as automatic, full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
MINORS AND HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONS
The Site and related Services are not directed to minors as the User is required to declare, under his own responsibility, that he belongs to the category of health professions. Therefore, the Owner assumes no responsibility for any use of the Site Services by minors.
COPYRIGHT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The contents present or published on the Site are the exclusive property – with all rights reserved – of the Owner and the related affiliates or licensors, except for those attributable to third parties according to Italian and international legislation on the subject.

The service is designed for writing notes and notes for educational and study purposes. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the User assumes full responsibility, consequently indemnifying the Owner, for any content entered by the same using the Services made available on the Site.
The Owner ensures that the notes taken by Users while watching the videos on the Site are not visible to other Users, but only to their author.
The Owner assumes no responsibility for the loss or viewing of the same by third parties not due to his fault. Therefore, the User is advised to frequently extract copies of notes and notes using the appropriate function made available and not to enter personal data whose loss or knowledge by third parties could have significant negative consequences (e.g. data of access to home banking services).

LOGIN DETAILS AND AUTHENTICATION
Username and password are to be understood as strictly personal data of the User. Therefore, the transfer of the same to persons other than the User with whom they are associated is prohibited. The Owner assumes no responsibility for their possible transfer.
MALFUNCTIONING AND OTHER PROBLEMS OF USE OF THE SERVICE
The Owner is not responsible in any way or for any reason for malfunctions or interruptions of the Service, of any entity and duration, independent of his will.
The Owner is in no way responsible for any difficulty, defect, anomaly, discontinuity, impossibility of access and/or use of the Site deriving from and/or in any case connected to the User’s hardware and/or software equipment, to connection via the chosen provider by the User, to incorrect functioning of the telephone or internet network.
IT SECURITY
The Owner assumes no responsibility for any computer security incidents (e.g. virus infection) caused by browsing the Site, brought on by the devices used by the User for the use of the Services.
IMPROPER USES
The User undertakes not to carry out any operation that could cause damage to the Site itself or to third parties and not to use mechanisms, software or procedures that could interfere with the correct functioning of the Services. The User will be held responsible towards the Owner for any damage resulting from the operations indicated above and will be required to hold him harmless from any claim made by third parties following his improper use of the Services or following the violation of these Terms and Conditions or, in any case of the current legal provisions.
CONTACT INFO
The Data Controller prohibits any use of the contact data available on the Site for marketing/promotional/commercial purposes.
DISPUTES
For all disputes relating to the provision of the Services and these Terms and Conditions, the Court of the place of domicile or residence of the consumer will be competent according to the applicable law, or at the choice of the same, the Court of Padua.
In other cases, i.e. if the User does not qualify as a consumer, the Court of Padua will be exclusively competent for any dispute relating to the provision of the Services and these Terms and Conditions.
PRIVACY
In the event of reports or requests, the Data Controller collects the User’s data necessary for the execution of the requested service and for the other processing purposes indicated in the specific information, available at the following link: Privacy and Cookie Policy
CHANGES (LAST)
The Owner may at any time modify or amend these Terms and Conditions. The changes will take effect from the moment of their publication in the appropriate section of the Site.
